We conducted research to understand the main challenges facing the vacation cabin market in Israel in areas like bookings, customer management, and operations. Through stakeholder interviews and data analysis, we identified key pain points for cabin owners such as fragmented systems for managing reservations across multiple channels, difficulties tracking customer data and interactions, and complex operational tasks around cleaning, maintenance and staff management.
