A unique and complex e-commerce site design adapted to the target audience

Understanding our core demographics was an essential first step in designing this ecommerce site selling skin care products. Through surveys and interviews with women aged 25-45, we gained key insights around their skincare priorities, product preferences, and online shopping behavior. Armed with this data on our target users, we designed a streamlined, image-focused interface showcasing ingredient information and education around usage for different skin types and concerns like acne, aging, and sensitivity.
